Vegan Chipotle “Chicken” Dip

This plant-based Chipotle “Chicken” Dip is bringing all the smoky + spicy vibes 🌶️. Got a lil’ kick? Oh, absolutely—and we’re so into it! We dressed up our NEW Chipotle Dip to create this irresistible appetizer. She’s perfect for your next gathering (or all for yourself, we don’t judge!).

But wait, we didn’t stop there. Don’t forget to say hello to the new cocojune dip squad. Alongside this chipotle dreamboat, we’ve got a cool-as-a-cucumber Tzatziki and a zesty Lemon Dill Dip that’ll make your taste buds dance. Oh, and here’s the cherry (or chip?) on top… they’re all organic, dairy-free, and wrapped in eco-friendly, paper-based packaging that’s certified plastic-neutral. So grab your chips, veggies, or a spoon and dive in!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • ½ yellow onion, sliced
  • 1-2 large carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced 
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and torn  
  • 1 container of cocojune Chipotle Dip
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp hot sauce 
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp chili flake, adjust more or less to your taste
  • Juice of quarter of a lemon 
  • 1 bundle cilantro and scallion, washed and minced. Save 2 tbsp scallion for topping. 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

STEPS TO DELICIOUSNESS

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Toss in your chopped onion and carrot, and let them work their magic. Sauté for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they’re soft, tender, and smelling devineee ✨
  2. Stir in the garlic and artichoke, letting the flavors mingle as you sauté for another 10 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and pepper 🧂
  3. Transfer everything into a bowl and get ready to elevate your dip game.
  4. Add the container of cocojune Chipotle Dip, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, hot sauce, chili flakes, lemon juice, and the chopped herbs.
  5. Mix it all together until you’ve got a velvety, flavor-packed masterpiece.
  6. Adjust the salt and pepper until it’s just right and top with the remaining scallions (and maybe sneak a taste or two—chef’s privilege!).
  7. Grab your favorite dippers—veggies, chips, or slices of crusty bread—and dive in while it’s fresh and irresistible 🤤
