Pumpkin Spice Donuts
September 20, 2024Wondering what our Friday night plans are? Baking up a fresh batch of our Pumpkin Spice donuts with a Pumpkin Spice glaze 🎃 And no, there’s no such thing as too much pumpkin! These dreamy donuts feature our seasonal Pumpkin Spice flavor as well as our classic, Pure Coconut. Truly a june-filled sweet treat! We can’t wait to see your recreations besties!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THE PUMPKIN SPICE DONUTS
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose plain flour
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling
- ¾ cup Pumpkin Spice cocojune yogurt,
- ⅓ cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THE GLAZE
- ½ cup Pumpkin Spice cocojune yogurt
- ¼ cup Pure Coconut cocojune yogurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
STEPS TO DELICIOUSNESS
- Preheat your oven to 350F and grease a donut pan with coconut oil.
- Add your dry ingredients to a medium bowl and combine. Then add your wet ingredients and combine until smooth.
- Transfer the batter into a piping bag or a gallon sized ziplock. Cut the corner off and pipe batter into your donut molds.
- Bake for about 20-30 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it.
- Combine all ingredients for the icing until smooth with no clumps. Dip your donuts in and enjoy!
