Tony’s Chocolonely Dark Hot Chocolate
January 21, 2025It’s hot choccy szn, and we’re diving in headfirst! 🏊♂️☕ This rich, dreamy cup of cozy is made with one of our faves, @tonyschocolonely Dark Chocolate Almond Sea Salt Bar (pure chocolatey bliss 😍). Oh, but wait — we didn’t stop there! We swirled in our creamy Pure Coconut june to take the plant-based marshmallow topping to a whole new level of fluffy deliciousness.
We’re talking gooey, toasty, roasty perfection — the kind you can’t resist torching for that golden marshmallow magic 🔥✨. Brb, droolinggg 🤤
WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THE DARK HOT CHOCOLATE
- 1 10oz bag of vegan marshmallows
- 2 tbsp cocojune Pure Coconut
- 2 tbsp unsalted plant butter
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 bar of Tony’s Dark Chocolate Almond Sea Salt Bar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of sea salt
STEPS TO DELICIOUSNESS
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, gently melt the marshmallows and butter, stirring continuously. Keep mixing until the marshmallows are fully melted and oh-so-fluffy!
- Next, carefully fold in the cocojune Pure Coconut, blending it into the marshmallow mixture until it’s smooth and creamy ✨.
- Once combined, transfer the marshmallow mixture into a piping bag or ziplock bag, then set it aside.
- Meanwhile, in a small pot over medium heat, combine the chocolate, plant milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. As it heats, prepare yourself for the dreamiest aroma to fill your kitchen!
- Stir frequently until everything is well combined and the chocolate is fully melted.
- Finally, pour the hot chocolate into your favorite mug, pipe a generous swirl of cocojune marshmallow fluff on top, and — if you’re feeling fancy — give it a quick torch for that perfect golden touch. Now sip, savor, and enjoy the cozy chocolatey magic 🍫🥥!
