Dairy-Free Strawberry Glaze

No need for an extravagant icing recipe when you can use cocojune as your glaze any day of the week! This super simple strawberry glaze recipe is sweet and dreamy. Make sure to tag us @cocojune_organic in all your dessert creations so we can see the glaze in action 🙂

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

1 tbsp + 1 tsp cocojune Strawberry Unsweetened yogurt
1 cup powdered sugar
Pinch of beetroot powder

STEPS TO STRAWBERRY DELICIOUSNESS

1. Mix powdered sugar, Strawberry Unsweetened yogurt, and beetroot powder into a bowl until combined.

2. Add more yogurt or a dash of dairy-free milk to get the desired consistency.

3. Glaze to your hearts desire!

Recipe:

1. Crush Partake graham crackers into sand like texture.
2. Mix Evolved melted dark chocolate and Pure Coconut june to create a mousse.
3. Layer graham cracker, chocolate mousse, marshmallows, and repeat!
4. Top with Dandies marshmallows, toast them up, and enjoy!

We’re diving right into back to school mode with this dreamy rainbow bagel 🤓🌈 It’s stacked with allll the veg PLUS an herby dressing that’s made with our Pure Coconut june! Recipe deets below ⬇️⬇️⬇️

What You’ll Need:
- Bagel of your choice
- Veggie toppings of your choice (we used purple cabbage, avocado, bell pepper, carrots, and beets)
For the chive spread:
- 4oz Pure Coconut cocojune
- ¼ cup minced chives, fresh or dried
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- Pinch of salt

Steps to Deliciousness
1. Mix 4oz Pure Coconut cocojune in a bowl with the minced chives, lemon juice, and salt. Set aside.
2. Toast your bagel, spread on the chive mixture and layer with veggies.
3. Enjoy!
