Dairy-Free Banana Yogurt Bark

FOR THE BARK
- 1 sheet of @ifyoucare_usa parchment paper
- 2 bananas
- 1 x 16oz Strawberry Unsweetened cocojune yogurt
- 1 bar of @honeymamas Cherry Hazelnut Cocoa Truffle Bar
- 1-2 tsp of beetroot power
- 1 tbsp of dried flowers
- A sprinkle of freeze-dried strawberries
STEPS TO DELICIOUSNESS
- Lay out your IYC parchment. Place a layer of sliced bananas on the bottom and dollop cocojune Strawberry Unsweetened on top.
- Sprinkle with your beetroot powder and use the back of your spoon to mix it in and create swirls of pink.
- Top it off with sliced Honey Mama’s, freeze-dried strawberries, and dried flowers.
- Let your dairy-free banana yogurt bark firm up in the freezer for a few hours or overnight. Then break into pieces and enjoy with your val pals.
