Berries & Lychee Sago Yogurt Pudding

We’re celebrating July 4th with a twist on your classic red, white, and blue yogurt bowl… insert this stunning Sago Yogurt Pudding ✨

This three-layered sago is the dreamiest summer treat ever. The combination of strawberry, blueberry, and lychee pairs perfectly with the sago.  @cocojune_organic coconut yogurt is featured in the puree and complements the sago beautifully. This dessert is definitely going to hit a home run this July 4th!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THE SAGO PUDDING

  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of lychee
  • 6 tbsp Pure Coconut Cocojune yogurt
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 cup of sago
  • 3 tbsp of chocolate
  • 3 cups of water

STEPS TO DELICIOUSNESS

  1. In a pot, bring 3 cups of water to boil and add the sago.
  2. Cook the sago on medium high heat for 10 mins, turn off the heat, and let the sago sit in the hot
    water for additional 30 mins.
  3. While the sago is cooking, blend the strawberries with 2 tbsp of yogurt and 1 tbsp of condensed milk.
  4. Blend the blueberries with 2 tbsp of yogurt and 1 tbsp of condensed milk.
  5. Blend the lychee with 2 tbsp of yogurt and 1 tbsp of condensed milk.
  6. In three separate bowls, mix the sago with each of the fruit mixtures.
  7. In a container, layer fresh strawberries, strawberry sago mix, fresh lychee, lychee sago mix, fresh blueberries, and blueberry sago mix.
  8. Top with a layer of melted chocolate.
  9. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, then enjoy!
